Lighten your meals in the days leading up to your session. Consuming vibrant, nutritious foods will provide the sustenance your body craves while aligning with the high-frequency energy of the session, training or retreat.

Prioritize increasing your water intake as you approach your session. Staying well-hydrated is crucial - not only for your physical well-being but also to facilitate the free flow of energy during your experience. Remember to bring this conscious hydration into the session and throughout your training or retreat, where electrolytes can be a good idea to bring.

On the day of your session, kindly refrain from consuming unhealthy processed foods and any "false stimulants" such as drugs, energy drinks, and particularly coffee. These substances can deplete your life force as your body expends extra energy to process them, which may lead to your nervous system becoming overstimulated or entering a state of fight or flight.

What is the layout for an online session?
After signing up you’ll shortly receive an email containing a zoom link and how to set up your sacred space.
Before your session with Simon, please make sure:
you have stable internet connectioN
A space where you can lay down comfortably
where He can view you easily and you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the session.
you have either headphones/speaker/or simply play music from your computer
Simon will provide you with a link to a Spotify playlist, please make sure you have a subscription (Sign up for 1 month for free if you don’t have a subscription)
Simon will start by connecting and feeling into what’s alive in the container; what do you wish to transmute, release and invite more of into your life.
WHAT IS YOUR INTENTION?
Afterwards you will move into the energy transmission; the receiving of codes and healing available to us in every moment.
Simon will guide an activating exercise or simply ask you to lay down, take a few deep breaths, start your music and receive the encoded energy.
There will be no speaking during the activation, this is a time to unravel, deepen and decode into your own discoveries.
Listen to the music.
Tune into the sensations of your body.
Follow the journey of your breath.
when the transmission is over, Simon will guide you back into the presence of your body. Simon and you will end by tuning into your experience before closing the container together.
